creative monday #13 (kinda not monday but whatevs)

Okay so I forgot that it was Monday one time. BIG DEAL. Let’s just get on with it.

As you might have seen on my Instagram, I’m all about pixel sorting these past few days. It’s this crazy technique where you sort the rows or columns of pixels and uh OKAY I DON’T KNOW HOW IT WORKS but looks like melting rain and I absolutely love it. And one of my favourite artists is Giacomo Carmagnola, here with M00N.

Okay so since I recommended a song last week I thought I’d do the same this week. This is my most listened to song this year so far – Hurt Me by Låpsley. I don’t know what it is but I can’t listen to it enough. I just love her voice.

golden twig necklace / monthly makers: wood

I’ve had such a hard time with this theme for Monthly Makers. It really didn’t suit me and the way my life is right now (which is pretty bad, tbh). My first plan was to weave something with twigs in it. And so I did. And it didn’t turn out great. In a weak moment I decided I’d make it a little bit different with some golden paint on the actual weaved bits, but like haha. Bad idea. It kinda just looked like someone had an uh… accident on it. Gj me. Great idea. Anyway, I went into the garden to get some new twigs and started working on my final result – a necklace made of golden twigs!  I made the lock part out of some wire that I made into a hook and a loop. And I used both wire and glue to make it stick together. And yeah, that’s it! Monthly Makers  is a challenge for anyone who wants to be more creative or create more.
