Monthly Makers Photography

So, the theme for Monthly Makers this month is Photography! A wonderful theme, which also meant I almost had TOO many ideas. So obviously I picked the idea which meant I interpreted “photography” with video. My logic is flawless. (Well to be fair it kind of is, video is just a bunch of photographs a second, so it kind of is photography.)

Anyway, I’ve made a LIFE HACK VIDEO. But it isn’t like your usual hysterical life hack video with useless tips, this is actually useful!! (ayyyy shots fired) I give you 3 tips for life as a creative person, so feel free to check it out!

golden twig necklace / monthly makers: wood

I’ve had such a hard time with this theme for Monthly Makers. It really didn’t suit me and the way my life is right now (which is pretty bad, tbh). My first plan was to weave something with twigs in it. And so I did. And it didn’t turn out great. In a weak moment I decided I’d make it a little bit different with some golden paint on the actual weaved bits, but like haha. Bad idea. It kinda just looked like someone had an uh… accident on it. Gj me. Great idea. Anyway, I went into the garden to get some new twigs and started working on my final result – a necklace made of golden twigs!  I made the lock part out of some wire that I made into a hook and a loop. And I used both wire and glue to make it stick together. And yeah, that’s it! Monthly Makers  is a challenge for anyone who wants to be more creative or create more.
